Our goal is to help people get closer to their audience through contests, by making this marketing tool accessible and powerful.
We want to be clear about what this all means, and how the plateform works. In order to achieve this, we created these Terms of service. So please, take the time to read these conditions.
If you do not agree with the following Terms, do not use our application and Services. By using them, you accept to respect the Terms of service for Rewardry.
1. Who can use our Services
Our Services are the mobile application Rewardry, the websites (www.rewardry.com & www.rewardry-app.com) and globally all the softwares and systems used to ensure the operation of our mobile application and websites.
Our Services should only be used by humans. We do not accept their use by robots or algorithms.
You can also use our Services if you have the legal authority to create an account on behalf of another person, company, organization, government or other legal entity, if you’re not creating an account for yourself.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
2.1 To use Rewardry and access our Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Services. In some jurisdictions, if you are under the age of consent, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide authorization for you to use our Services.
If you are creating an account on behalf of another person, company, organization, government, or any other legal entity, you must have the legal authority to do so, and you agree to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your failure to protect your login information.
3. Data Protection and Privacy

4. Content
4.1 You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or publish on Rewardry. This includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, and any other materials ("Content").
4.2 You agree not to use Rewardry for any of the following purposes:
Sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Posting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademark rights.
Sharing personal information about individuals without their consent.
Creating, promoting, or participating in any fraudulent or deceptive activities, including scams and unauthorized giveaways.
Promoting or inciting hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristics.
Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.
4.3 We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 You agree to use Rewardry in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not engage in any activities that could harm, disrupt, or abuse our Services or other users.
5.2 You are limited to participating in up to five contests simultaneously, to ensure fairness and responsible usage of the platform. Attempting to bypass this limitation is considered a violation of our Terms.
5.3 By using Rewardry, you understand and accept that while participation in contests is free for users, contest organizers may request specific actions such as subscribing, sharing, or liking as conditions for entry.
